Common Buyer Quality Questions

Are your products ISO certified?

Yes, we are certified under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. A digital or hard copy of the certificate can be provided upon request.

How do you ensure consistent quality for each batch?

We follow a strict SOP (Standard Operating Procedure). Each batch of raw materials comes with a Mill Certificate, we conduct real-time in-process inspections, and finished products undergo 100% inspection before shipment.

Can you provide product test reports?

Yes. We provide our internal QC report for standard products. If you require a third-party report (SGS / TÜV), please specify when placing the order. The cost will be negotiated by both parties.

Are your products suitable for wet clutch systems?

Yes, all our motorcycle clutch plates are specifically designed for wet (oil bath) clutch systems. The compatibility of our friction materials with oil has been specially tested and verified.

What is your policy for defective products?

We offer a 12-month quality warranty. If you find any quality issues, please provide photos and a test report. After verification, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the shipping costs.
